About Us
The Edge Team “MY Story”
One evening, after a particularly long shift, I reflected on my journey and realized a long-held dream—to create something of my own. I envisioned a space where I could provide the kind of care that wasn’t constrained by the traditional medical model, a place where patients seeking alternatives could find hope. I was inspired by the growing field of aesthetics and wellness, especially regenerative medicine, which focuses on healing the body from within, not just masking symptoms.
My dream began to take shape—a wellness center that would offer a blend of aesthetic treatments and regenerative therapies, creating a holistic approach to healthcare. I envisioned providing everything from skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments to IV therapy and hormone balancing, all while focusing on personalized care.
But my mission went deeper. I wanted to offer an environment where patients could feel truly heard and supported, especially those who had fallen through the cracks of the traditional system. The decision wasn’t easy. Trying to balance a stable career with benefits and prestige is difficult while navigating starting a business from the ground up is hard work. There were risks involved—financial, emotional, and professional—but I was driven by my passion for helping others in a more impactful way, as well as my desire for a better balance in my own life. I craved the flexibility of making my own schedule, to be present for my children’s baseball, swimming and football games and other school events to not be defined by hospital shifts. Most of all, I wanted the freedom to be my own boss and take full ownership of my vision.
With my medical expertise, years of experience, and a deep belief in the potential of alternative treatments, I embarked on the journey to create my own business. I spent months studying wellness and aesthetics, learning the latest techniques, and crafting a business plan. I secured a cozy, inviting space in a part of town that reflected my values—accessible, modern, and peaceful. Naming it Edge Aesthetics & Wellness, my space is designed to be a sanctuary where people can come to heal, rejuvenate, and feel empowered in their own health journey.
I’m here to keep you off the Edge!

What Is a Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with graduate-level education and extensive clinical training. NPs are licensed healthcare providers who assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. We focus not only on treating illness but also on disease prevention, patient education, and wellness promotion.
As a Nurse Practitioner, I am trained to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across a variety of settings. I can order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, and perform many procedures independently.
